Every Bitsy is handmade, and the subtle variations add to their charm! However, some Bitsies don't turn out quite right in order to fit in with the rest of the zoo. Extra Small Bitsies are big on cute but small on size, measuring about 4" tall instead of 4.5-5" or with smaller features than normal. Bargain Bin Bitsies are final sale (but as always, please email us with any problems).
